The lady on the phone was polite and happy to schedule an appointment until she found out my child had Medicaid as SECONDARY coverage. His primary dental insurance would have fully covered his appointment but they didn’t care. The lady openly told me they don’t take anyone who has Medicaid because they’re unreliable patients.
Dakota pediatric has been amazing for our kids I have never been to a place where my kids feel great about going to. Great staff and Dentist.
We had such a great experience at Dakota Pediatric Dentistry! From the moment we walked in the door, Lydia and Teagen make us feel so welcome! Brittany did a great job of cleaning my little one’s teeth and walked us both through the process. Dr.Chad was very gentle and made us feel so comfortable! I would definitely recommend their services. Very professional and accommodating staff and a pleasant atmosphere that makes kids feel very comfortable. We’re looking forward to our next visit already!
I bring my child to Dakota Pediatric Dentistry and I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness shown to my child and our family. The facility is gorgeous, always clean and we always enjoy our visits. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mikala and team for anyone looking for exceptional dental care for their children!
My grandson was recently at Dakota Pediatric Dentistry to have quite a bit of work done. They made him feel so calm and at ease but also didn’t tell him he was getting a shot due to deathly scared of needles. Would highly recommend this Dentistry for all three of my grandsons. I have a three year old grandson that loves to go there as they make it do much fun plus they learn from the staff how important taking care of your teeth are. Like I said highly recommend Dakota Pediatric Dentistry.
