I have beenhere for 13 years. Not by choice. I have had problems with bugs and appliances go out and replaced with parts of old ones to make 1. When i needed another toilet bowl they took an old one from a vacant apartment and put it in mine. They have up gates that nobody can get in without a sticker on their windshield. And you pay 50.00 for it and you can only have 1. That means no family can get in to see me. Unless they park on street and someone lets them in. Meadows apartment service is very bad. I pay rent on regular time. Sometimes there is problem in kitchen and sometimes AC does not work. I stayed without AC for last whole month and every single day my husband kept sending message in office but management department did not inform technician. Even when I went to office the lady working in office did not open the door and waited for 15 minutes outside office. I am 5 months pregnant and stayed in unhealthy apartment with 110 degree temperature. If my pregnancy has problem then... read more

So happy to be a renter at this property. Management is amazing. I came from heron point apartments where they gave me an unfinished apartment and management was the worst!!! This newly remodeled apartment feels like home. Saira the manager was so sweet and nice.
