I recently moved into Dakota Lofts Sioux Falls; all throughout my pre-move in to the day I moved in, all went very smoothly. Thankful to Samantha for keeping communication open and for keeping me informed. Upon moving in, Samantha was on top of my needs and made sure that everything was taken care of. She made sure to immediately put in work orders for miscellaneous items that needed fixing. Allie Spencers review is per excerpt written. But to add a bit more, I called once to twice a week for a MONTH to get the call box updated, I got different answers each time I called. I finally gave up and a year later the call box is still not updated. The elevator went out more in our last 6 months than I even knew was possible with an elevator.
