Poor service. Place looks like it was flooded at one time. Had to ask for a different room. The rooms with carpeting, the flooring is still wet. Can smell the damp air when entering the room, and see water on your shoes. Had another longer try to come into my room while I was sleeping. They forgot they had moved me to a new room and gave another lodger the key card for my room. Make sure you have the security lock on. Has a pool but is out of service for weeks on end.
Our stay was awful there we had no service since we stayed there & one of the front desk ladies was so rude & someone tried to break in our room but the manager are anyone who worked there couldn't give us any answers on who it might of been even though they have cameras all over that place. It sure is one sketchy place to stay so I hope the owners step up & take better care of their property & if the city shut them down for the pool area then their was sure people & kids still swimming in that pool area . Staff (Ashley) was extremely helpful, room was clean, bed was comfy, prie was acceptable...breakfast was good but not what I was told it would be. Location is so-so due to current road construction. All in all, would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends & family. Big bonus, they offer a Veteran discount!
Pet friendly room was extremely gross the carpets on floor was nasty id probably put different floors other than carpet .
