Holes in the blankets on the beds. The mattresses are very firm. Pool and hot tub are shut down. It’s alright but NOT in the slightest worth the price I paid. Reviews are quite misleading and I’m severely disappointed. Booked the hotel for the pool and slide for my kids, only to show up and find out nothing is open. My fault I guess for not calling multiple times to confirm. The walls are unbelievably thin and you can hear everyone around you clearly.
If I could give zero stars I would..I realize its a cheaper end hotel but at least show pictures of the actual hotel. The breakfast was toast...it shows a waffle maker, no such thing. The pillows were disgusting the bathroom the hotel was just disgusting. There was a used soap bar . Stay away.
Room wasn’t properly clean, had left over cup and vodka shooter lids to add on to it had a weird smell. pool was closed. breakfast only had yogurt, toast, juice, coffee, and cereal. worker with red hair was on her phone while talking to us then anytime she seen us she gave a weird look or like irritated but i guess you get what you pay for.
Worst treatment but any GM of any hotel ever!!! The GM really needs to learn the law and tenant rights because she just violated several people’s tenants rights and have know set the hotel up for a Lawsuit, HUD Violation Fines, Disability rights lawsuits and so much more!!!
