Does not answer phone calls. Zero customer service. Pool and slide are non-operational and they don't answer the phone because they must not want to deal with inquiries about it or lost business. Deceitful business.
Pool was down. For Maintenance and when you need guest service no one is at the front desk. And not speedy fast on service. Very disappointed in the staff not answering the phone for over an hour. Plus stood at the desk waiting for service for close to an hour
I hate leaving negative reviews, but I also want to share what happened. I was asked to leave the hotel because they believed I was smoking marijuana. The problem is, I don’t even smoke, I vape nicotine free, but outside… never inside. From the first day of my stay, the room next to mine had a very strong marijuana odor coming through the connecting door between our rooms.
