Beautiful cabinets but horrible customer service. Several cabinets arrived broken or damaged. Others were made incorrectly. One cabinets was remade three times. The last time an employee came to fix a drawer that wouldn't close, he walked in saying "I'm here to fix another one of your mistakes!" When we called to talk to the manager about the mistakes, we were consistently transferred to employees that could not assist is. We ended up closing several weeks late due to these issues. As an interior designer, I have used Dakota cabinets for my clients and absolutely love not only the quality of the cabinets, but also the level of service I received for any questions I ever had. Don and Emily are wonderful to work with!
They produce beautiful cabinets and were able to match cabinets that I needed to fill but their customer service/building is absolutely garbage. We've had to request a new cabinet due to being built incorrectly. Not just once, but TWICE! I've had to push my install back several times due to their careless mistakes.
We built a home a couple years ago and now thanks to an addition to the family are finishing the lower level. We used them for the first level as our builder recommended. We couldnt be happier...My wife loves the looks but im more impressed with the way they handle the abuse of a 12 year old. we have one of the 12 year olds that wants to throw doors open as hard s he can....anyways long story short when finishing lower level for obvious reasons we were going to give them first shot for lower level finishes...they are obvious... read more
