Worst experience ever! I arrived 9 minutes late because I had to drive 2 hours and they didn’t take my kids in! They said that they were full. Waste of time!!!
Business response:
This does not sound like our office policy, please give us a call at 701-839-4440. Our office policy is that if you are more than 10 minutes we have to reschedule, unless we have an opening. Today we are full for appointments, but we are always willing to schedule you at a different time.
RecommendedWe had my daughters tongue and lip tie released here and had a wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful and friendly and the procedure and recovery process was explained very well !They made the whole challenging process so much easier and we will definitely be back !
