It is a rustic and comfortable place. The water is incredible and I love the wood stove in the Cabana.

We have found it to be an enjoyable place to meet with friends and to meet new friends. Everyone is friendly and there to enjoy them selves. We have a little tent trailer so we can spend the night as we live 140 miles to the north and it's good not to make the trip both ways in the same day. I keep hopping to find people in northern Colorado, maybe in time. Hope to see you there.
I had a wonderful visit and will definetly be back. I was however extremely disappointed with the smoking policy. There where people smoking cigarettes in all the areas of the pool deck and I found it to be overwhelming and untheraputic. I understand that it is part of the social component at this property, I just think it could be handled a little bit better. Relaxing, friendly atmosphere and we loved the option of going without our clothing.
Love the water and the friendly atmosphere! Non-smoker, and never bothered by smoke, though admittedly I do not use the cabana. Visiting for 5+ years now with my family and friends. Great to see families with children on clothing optional days, and it reminds me of the nudist beaches in Europe. Price is right as well. Never did inquire about the increased entrance fee for males. A big 'Thank you' to the Dakota Hot Springs for keeping it affordable, so we can enjoy it more often!

I have been coming to this place for awhile now I absolutely love it! Nothing like a good soak.
