When you have to wait over an hour past your appointment time to be seen by the doctor, they clearly are overbooking their appointments. Great, knowledgeable doctor, but some of us have to get to work ourselves and have schedules to stick to. No apologies, nothing for being this late. Clearly this is the norm in this office!! 😡😡😡

I had surgery Dec 13th on my foot. All I can say is wow, more places need to have service like this. I was called multiple times after my surgery to see how I was doing. One night the pain was terrible we were given Dr Gales cell number so we texted him, he called back within in minutes and made sure I was OK. He offered to see me that same evening but I chose to wait until morning. He made sure I was seen right away. He has a great sense of humor, is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. I've been seeing Dr Gale for 7 years now. He's amazing always polite and gives it to you straight and makes sure you understand. And Ivy is a sweetheart and today I got to meet little El she is a doll... stopped at Puppy Salon on main to drop my princess Coco off and there they were the two of them greater me at the gate...
My visit and procedure with Dr. Emter at Dakota Foot and Ankle was absolutely wonderful. She was awesome.
