Our company Financed 2 pickups purchased at Ritchie Bros.( who introduced us to them) The WORST deal you can do is finance with them. Read all the fine print and personal property taxes they try and charge. I promise you are better off going to the mob and borrow money and interest rate will be lower (maybe a broken leg will be cheaper also) Be very very cautious of Dakota Financial I will never use them again.

This company is a RIP-off! It sad that you work hard to provide for your family and they can play games with the wording of the contracts ,like security deposit,down payments,lease,purchase! I just want you to know Dakota Finance you didn't steal from me and my husband,you stole from the Kingdom of God and God is a God of justice,you have placed your business under a curse. You will not continue to steal from hard working people. Thou shalt not steal.

It was not Dakota Financial's intention for this customer to have a bad experience. Our position is that the terms referenced, are all defined in the agreement, and widely used in many equipment leases. We rely on the customer's signatures and initials as indication that they understand and accept the terms.
So I'll try give you an understanding & we are With the guy that said if we could give a negative five stars we would. We originally were disputing the 2012 Freightliner for the past couple months with Penske from the day we picked up the truck in February when it was supposed to be ready in January, noticing body work that was promised wasn't done, and annual smoke inspection overdue. The customer agreed to Lease the truck from Dakota Financial. The truck appears to have condition issues. This company has no intentions of helping you startup your business. STAY AWAY, I asked to borrow 50k. I was told that I was approved. After 2weeks of calling because a rep. never called me with the details of the loan like I was told, I received a call. It was stipualtions for the loan. The truck cost 43k, I was told that they was writing up the loan as a lease, but it would not be.
