Awful company. Penalize you for early payoff. Charge $70 (without telling you ahead of time) to type up a payoff letter. Then expect immediate payment via wire. Then charge another $70 to update the letter. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
They are horrible, scammers 100%, it’s so wrong they can get away with this evil con artist sh!t they doing, how can the workers go to bed at night knowing they con people hard working money they putting down on trucks? God is watching, and it might don’t come back to you, but you can put the curse on your kids or family!! All I’ll say is stay away from these devils,,
This company is worse than the mob, they take your money and equipment and sue you after the auction sale, if you do business with this company take your contract to an attorney. Overpriced and over sale. The equipment they sold me had been in a wreck and Dakota didn't even inspect it. By the way they give me a bogus inspection sheet. Just beware.
So I took out an $1000 loan and they're telling me that after I'm done paying it be in the amount of $4,301.90. A fucking rip-off who in they right mind would pay an $3,301.90 on a$1,000 loan. These ppl are a shame and should be shut down.
If anyone here has retained legal council against this company contact me please. I'm looking for legal council to represent my company against Dakota Financial. The 30% down is not being applied to the payoff now they are saying I owe them more than the equipment is worth and that I cant sell the equipment to buy new equipment. email me bkennen@me.com
I am situation with Dakota Financial trying to figure out where my down payment took too. It was never applied to the loan. I can not even get a straight answer from them. The math doesn’t add up. I’ve confronted Dakota Financial twice now as I approach paying the truck off. I am now going to seek professional help with this matter and my hopes are would be able to sue Dakota Financial for not only my payments but, my down payment and anything else I can legally apply to the law suit. Plz plz stay away from these people cuz you will regret after, we spent our money to buy an equipment which we put over $30,000 down and these people refused to subtract my down payment to the total cost of the equipment. Now I have to hire an attorney for this matter. Will post the update after fighting for my case. Plz stay away from these scammers.
They fraudulent!!!!!!!!!!!! Their fees were more than our loan amount. Seeking legal representation.
Please please I beg anyone do not do this. Ask them what's the difference between a loan or a contract. They dont do loans they said they do contracts. And they dont tell you that until you try to pay off early. They told me I have ALL PAYMENTS BECAUSE ITS NOT A LOAN.
