Lousy customer service by Paul in the service department. Called about a refrigerator issue and was told he was busy. It would be a week to make an appointment or 100.00 an hour to talk about it. Since we were on the road this would not be acceptable. Went down the street to Camping world and they gave us some ideas. Turns out leaves in the burn tube was the problem. They also took walk ins for folks on the road.
We LOVE our Palomini! It makes camping EASY! These guys are the best!
We purchased our first Toy Hauler today. Worked with Woody. Most of the dealing was over the phone and he was very helpful. When we drove over to finalize the deal everyone was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Dakota Discount RV is a great place to go if you are in the market.
We worked with Woody on the purchase of our new 5th wheel. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy about sales. He answered all of our questions, showed us as many RVs as we wanted to see (some more than once). When we finally decided on our RV, the entire team pitched in, installed our hitch and helped us get on the road on a very tight schedule. We are very pleased with our experience.
I would not buy anything from them. In order to see if everything works on a travel trailer, they will bump price up $1000.00.......so sad and they wonder why everyone wants to go out of state to BUY anything!!
We visited many RV sales last week and ended up at Dakota Discount RV. Our salesman Alex was awesome. He came out and found us, was quick to answer the millions of questions we had, he was quick to listen to what we were looking for and took us straight to the perfect camper for us. We then went inside to purchase our camper and each and every employee was wonderful and made the buying process easy. I will be definitely sending friends and family their way
