I purchased used camper and returned home to Gillette. Quickly learned I had some unforseen issues and contacted them. They where quick with a solution to my issues without any hassle. Greatly appreciate them working with me!!
GREAT CAMPERS GREAT PPL
Woody knows his job. Great experience with him. But the Thad who did our walk through was amazing. Took his time to make sure we understood everything and that everything was to our liking. Then they guy who hooked us up was a perfectionist. Did not get his name. The camper pulled perfect when we left. He made sure everything was set up right for my 1/2 ton truck. Forgot it was behind me a couple times. Thanks guys.
Very disappointed in service department after the sale had problems with my awning 16 months of owning it, said they could fix it but since it was 4 months out of warranty wanted $$$$$$$$$$$$,not what I expected from a locally owned family business. Quite the difference from the purchase of it were we treated above and beyond fair from Chad

We purchased our camper in March. Tom was great helping us find the right one to fit our needs. When we had a leak after using it Kevin, Paul and Thad were extremely helpful in getting us in, fixed and back home with our camper. We have been very impressed with Dakota Discount RV and their customer service.
