I’d love to provide additional details, but it’s been almost 2 hours and 15 minutes they have left me on hold. Ironically for expedited assistance. Update: after 3 hours and 10 minutes the on call my call was answered and I was dismissed and told to try again tomorrow because it’s after 4pm. The person answering the phone had zero empathy and couldn’t have cared any less about the situation if she tried.

This place is bigoted against men. They use the little bit of power they have to attempt to make men specifically fathers feel bad about anything really. And when they are questioned about how and why they choose to do this their answers are deflection and passing the responsibility. Disgusting and pathetic.
