They are always friendly and seem to really care about the customer.
Couldn't have asked for more with the entire transaction. They were thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely honest- refreshing feeling buying a vehicle and not having somebody try to upsell you! Extremely happy with my truck and will be sending everyone that I know there! Side note- The newly remodeled inside of the dealership looks great- nice move (and a big help for me) to put the 'waiting' area with a TV, Couches, a Child Play area, etc! Kudos!
I inquired about a pickup a couple months ago, but was really not looking hard to trade because I had alot of money tied up in my current pickup. Ted understood where I was at on my pickup, and was willing to negotiate and help me get into the brand new pickup I wanted. He not only got me a great interest rate, but was willing to include some hitch install labor and accessories etc. into the deal.
