Oil change , tire rotation , warranty work on heating system. Problem found and part replaced quick. Finally a dealership that understands a 5 tire rotation. Will continue to get all my maintenance and service work done here.
I normally dread buying a new vehicle and going to the dealers with all the games they play ! But i will say this dealing with lia chrysler and vincent nataro who was my salesman it was as smooth as possible !! He was great to deal with very up front and listened to what i was looking for ! If your shopping for a new ram truck or any vheicle at lia they all were great to deal with !! I will be going back for sure ! And i live three hours away !!

This place its a ripe off ,My family and i were on vacation from Fl and we ran into a problem with the alternator which needed to be replaced..We broke down right in front of Jeff Smith Chrysler Dodge in Perry GA,The service advisor told me i needed to come up with $1,250 to replace alternator and battery They were trying to take advantage of my situation which is bad karma for this business.I could not afford it but they still charged me $140 to diagnose the problem,Go figure another dealer ripping people off.But my sweet L... read more
