I inquired about a pickup a couple months ago, but was really not looking hard to trade because I had alot of money tied up in my current pickup. Ted understood where I was at on my pickup, and was willing to negotiate and help me get into the brand new pickup I wanted. He not only got me a great interest rate, but was willing to include some hitch install labor and accessories etc. into the deal. We recently decided to trade our 2007 Ram 2500 diesel for a 2015 Ram 2500 - 6.4L. Not an easy decision! We wanted to "build" our truck so we would have just what we wanted. Couldn't have asked for more with the entire transaction. They were thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely honest- refreshing feeling buying a vehicle and not having somebody try to upsell you! Extremely happy with my truck and will be sending everyone that I know there! Side note- The newly remodeled inside of the dealership looks great- nice move (and a big help for me) to put the 'waiting' area with a TV, Couches, a Child Play area, etc! Kudos!
