Yeah. Worst business dialog and conversation I have had in the entirety of business and commerce. It was somewhat justified in their defense however it extremely unprofessional. It's quite comical that they are still in business. I'm sure they get mistaken cold calls, however it's apparent that their staff, employees and or managers are incompetent at basic level communication skills /business etiquette. This Asset company is the worst! We had an agreed upon contract and while we were waiting on our packet to be signed from this Asset company they accepted another offer better than ours. This Dakota Asset Services does not stand by their word. We have a family that was all excited because we thought they were going to get the home and all their hopes and dreams were destroyed. Very bad company to deal with.
Completely unable to get ahold of this "company."
Complete scam artists. Did a rehab for them on a property and they stiffed me for 15k. Said I took too long (during the height of covid) when it was against the law to work on site in NY. Larry the asset manager won’t even answer the phone.
They seem to not be interested is selling assets promptly. They cannot be reached by phone, they don’t reply to emails, their negotiation process through a real estate agent is slow considering they want quick turn around. Final contract after negotiating price had other stipulations and terms that are unrealistic. No sense of urgency. Update. Unfortunately 72 hours after my offer they decide to go with another buyer. Worst experience trying to purchase a home. So much for them asking us to be fast to close.
