I made an emergency call Sunday June 8th the air was not cooling Brian came at the time he told me and worked until it was completely fixed now it is completely cool and comfortable. I am 68yrs young I can't be in extreme heat. Thank you for such a faithful young worker.
They need to do better with training . I was supposed to get a refund over a month ago I keep calling they say it takes 30 days to get put back on my card . AS SOON AS I call to see why it hasn’t been put on my card they tell me it’s sent in a check to my old address! No one bothered to call and verify the address or anything they just sent it . Unprofessional!!
Brian is the best maintenance man has ever worked in this apartment complex. He’s very pumped. He’s always on time when you need him.
I cannot speak more highly of the team at Dakota Apartments! I have dealt with them for a few weeks and they are insightful, responsive, upbeat and patient! Kudos all around!
management staff and maintenance suck! they’re so rude it’s about as ugly as them. you have to call thousands of times , email and text thousands of times and they still won’t get back to you until you go confront the issue face to face even then they make false promises. it’s true they don’t care about who they have living here as long as they’re getting that monthly rent. also pretty sure it’s against code or something to not have a fire distinguisher here but hey what do i know. if i could give 0 stars i would. if i could... read more
