Roberta the cleaner assigned to us is fantastic. The owner, not so much. The schedule was never the same and when I asked the owner to text me, she said "I did, but it didn't go through". This happened on at least 2 occasions. In addition, I was charged on my credit card for the next cleaning even though the current cleaning hadn't been performed. I was also charged an additional $100 for a remodel clean. My cleaner was there less than an hour more. I was told it was a "flat fee". I have prepaid for next weeks cleaning but w... read more
