14 LAPD calls to the residences in the past ten months. Think about it. Also, their intro states "drug and alcohol-free" which is entirely false. The enclosed back patio is a party-zone for alcohol and marijuana. Meth and heroine are a favorite of many of the transient tenants. The intro also claims "24-hour supervision" -- another falsehood. The house itself is a nice house if it was just taken care of. There's only two things nice I have to say about this place and the other is that the owner Katie is truly a nice person. Unfortunately she is manipulated by the management into doing things that she is made to believe are the right things but there are very shady things going on here.
