I did not see myself as an athletic, graceful or coordinated person and also "wished" I could do pole dance and was sure it would never be a possibility for me. I was referred to Daisy Chains Pole Dance not only because she offers private lessons but because she offers trauma informed pole dancing. I'm sorry to say that I was very skeptical at what trauma informed pole dancing could possibly offer however I was willing to attend for the individual lesson.
