My washing machine died a cruel and unremarkable death. The service I received at Columbia Appliance was professional, non-condescending, and not once did they blink at me for doing a bit of online research for a price match (they did, in fact, match the price I found online at Sears). Barring the money I just doled out for a new washer, I am super-impressed. Thumbs-up.
