My refrigerator decided it didn't want to work the day after Thanksgiving. They got a technician out to my house within the hour. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, and fixed the issue quickly. Awesome service! I will be shopping with them when I need appliances.
I called this company when my LG washer went down. Not knowing who to call I looked in the phone book. I found Columbia Appliance and called them. I'm so happy I did. The workers in the office and the service man that come to my house were just plain awesome they helped me out the best they which was more than I would have expected. I hope that in the future that I will be able to do business with. You won't loose by buying from them.
Thank goodness for quality local shops like this. Just when you think walmart and big box stores are taking over, Columbia Appliance reminds us that there is hope for those of us who appreciate quality and good service. Russ and the crew took great care of my wife and I when we were making a big investment in a new washer and dryer. The service, price, and delivery were all fantastic. Columbia Appliance came to our rescue!! After a sudden back injury and a broken dryer left my household helpless for clean laundry, we called Columbia Appliance for price quotes on repair vs replacement. Russ was so helpful on the phone, patiently getting parts and labor prices for us and only suggesting a replacement when the parts total was close to a used dryer price, no rushing for a new sale from "Hello."
