Someone needs to send a surprise health inspector here because the place is absolutely filthy. The staff were handling icecream by putting their BARE hands right ontop of people's open cups of ice cream. When they were stirring the royal blizzard they were using the same red plastic spoon (that she handed to me after to eat with) by putting her entire hand deep onto the handle to stir it. Horribly rude staff. Touching the tops of cups with bare hands before serving them. Disgusting, filthy premises. This franchise deserves better. I used to come here as recently as ten years ago, and it has gone SEVERELY downhill. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Came here for a Saturday afternoon Ice Cream snack and buy a cake for my father’s birthday! The two male employees working the day shift were very helpful, personable and offered great service! A rarity in today’s fast food world! Thanks guys!
I visited Dairy Queen twice and had a terrible experience and long waiting time . The staff appeared unprofessional, communication was difficult, and I found some employees rude in their interactions. The banana split was also poorly prepared and did not meet my expectations. Overall, the service and product quality were below the standard I expected. Avoid this place at all cost
