It’s just amazing everything is well cleaned and good environment nice i like to visit again at this store. I’ve been to Dairy Queen many times, and honestly, it’s one of those places that never really gets old. For me, DQ is less about being a regular restaurant and more about being a comfort spot. Great service! The staff at Dairy Queen were super friendly and quick with my order. Everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. Always a pleasure to stop by—thanks for the awesome experience!
If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. The manager was handling food with visibly dirty hands, which is a serious health and hygiene concern. In addition, the front staff were unprofessional and did not communicate effectively, which led to mistakes with orders. One employee was distracted by other customers in line instead of focusing on the order at hand. I also witnessed dishonesty in how issues were handled. I have always loved DQ but I went to this one for the first time. Customer service is not good at all. The girl was on her phone all the time, not paying attention to the detail at all. The order was not right either. They wouldn’t listen.
Amazing staff and yummy treats. Its very hurtful seeing how some people ( customers) think they can say anything to the workers. An arrogant lady was yelling for no reason , even tho her husband ( maybe) was trying to stop her and cashier handled it very well.
