Must be brown owned and operated now. Constant mistakes and they cheap out on ingredients that should come on certain desserts…case and point Pumpkin Blizzard… always a fight to get the whipp topping on it!!
This franchise location used to be great, but it's progressively getting worse. Orders are constantly mixed up. If you ask for the correction, you're gaslit and told "that's how it's always done". They have some fantastic employees, and some real duds.
It’s just amazing everything is well cleaned and good environment nice i like to visit again at this store. I’ve been to Dairy Queen many times, and honestly, it’s one of those places that never really gets old. For me, DQ is less about being a regular restaurant and more about being a comfort spot. Great service! The staff at Dairy Queen were super friendly and quick with my order. Everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. Always a pleasure to stop by—thanks for the awesome experience!
If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. The manager was handling food with visibly dirty hands, which is a serious health and hygiene concern. In addition, the front staff were unprofessional and did not communicate effectively, which led to mistakes with orders. One employee was distracted by other customers in line instead of focusing on the order at hand. I also witnessed dishonesty in how issues were handled.
