I have always loved DQ but I went to this one for the first time. Customer service is not good at all. The girl was on her phone all the time, not paying attention to the detail at all. The order was not right either. They wouldn’t listen.
Amazing staff and yummy treats. Its very hurtful seeing how some people ( customers) think they can say anything to the workers. An arrogant lady was yelling for no reason , even tho her husband ( maybe) was trying to stop her and cashier handled it very well.
45$ for a cake that was improperly prepared and missing so much of the fudge part.. holes through out the whole cake. Kinda crazy..
