The worst experience I’ve had at a Dairy Queen!
Son purchased a blizzard. We left, and my son dropped it. We went back hoping to get a replacement as a courtesy. We were met with “it’s not my problem”. Surprised me, and politely responded “Really? it’s the holiday season.”... second response “was not my fault”. Anyways, rarely leave reviews, but this case deserved one.
