Reason , no scanner…. They are not accepting points and not asking for receipt what you paid for…. Just took my order and go away to make it without washing hands . Don’t have chance to ask for receipt as it’s in the mall.
Food was great Gave 1 star because this is the ONLY DQ LOCATION THAT Doesn't ACCEPT YOUR POINTS. went to cash in on a blizzard on a hot day worker told me the MANAGER IS SLACKING ON GETTING THE SYSTEM SET UP. SHE KEEPS ASKING ABOUT. Sounds like a lazy manager to me thank god for his great workers
It is too bad 1 star is the lowest but I guess I cannot accurately reflect my experience.
Service was slow and hotdog was mid. Not a good time
