Usually go to a different location but I decided to try this one and im so glad I did. My 6 year old has a disability and he wanted something different than usually on their menu and the girls worked with him and very friendly. I originally told them in a cup but then he changed his mind and wanted a cone and the girl added a cone on top and was friendly about it. My kids were very impressed on the service we got. Will deft be our new Location to go too.
Got a turtle blizzard on a hot day. Got melted cream in a cup. When I asked the lady why it's melted she said because the caramel is hot (one would think Dairy Queen R&D would have foreseen this great catastrophe and have room temperature or cold caramel for the blizzards). I asked them if I can get Oreo instead as I was not told the ice cream would be melted. She refused and said I would have to pay again. I came here to buy a buy a birthday cake and the woman who helped us was talkative but nice. The inside of the store seems very neglected and uncared for. Their cake is so much more expensive than any other dairy queen I've purchased from before.
