We arrived an hour before closing time. Staff were polite and pleasant. I observed a staff person cleaning up. She was meticulous and did a fantastic job.
I have only been through the drive-thru but I can honestly say it is 100% better than the one in Emerado which is my local DQ. The staff here was friendly and my order looked nice. It is nice to receive a fast food order that doesn't look like someone threw it together and then tossed it into the bag. I will definitely make the drive to visit this location.
On 6/26 at about 1:50 my son and I went thru the drive thru for a $20 order. The staff are rude and my root beer float had 1 drink of root beer. The pretzels cold and like 1tsp of cheese. What a rip off . I would avoid this Dairy Queen a long with the 1 on Columbia . They used to be good but under new ownership the quality has gone downhill. The best DQ is downtown.
