Make great tasting ice cream
When you order I assume everything should be mixed in, isn’t that’s why it’s called a blizzard. I was excited to try the biscoff but I tasted none at all. Dairy Queen is such a nostalgic place but this location needs employees who know how to mix. It’s sad when you can’t have quality ice cream.
Ordered 2 blizzard and the ladies placed the candy on top, I asked her to blend it, she said I would have to ask for it to be blended. I said "blizzard" means blended, right, so I asked if it could be blended she said no, once I give it to you I can't blend it. So I asked for a refund, she said no, I asked for a manager who could help her find a solution she walked away & another girl came with same story. In the end I got a cup blended with no candy.
