what a horrible experience. ladies fighting for the intercom. couldnt seem to hear me even when i was yelling. also rushed me ordering to the point they gave up and asked me to come to the window. said the line was getting long even though there were only two cars behind me. at the window still rushed me and gave attitude. preceded to bring out 3 HORRIBLY done chocolate dipped cones with no napkins that were melting all over her and my car.
Staff is always very nice
Place was dead when we got there, but we still had to go in because their intercom was broken. They must be used to it being dead, because then a rush came in and they completely lost their minds. Took us 30 minutes to get out of there and we still came out with the wrong order (it was extra food though, so we didn't go back and complain). Other customers were having trouble too. Need new training for rushes for everyone on staff, manager included.
