You go out somewhere and DEMAND people cater to you and only you then turn around and get mad when you’re treated regularly. News Flash , the world does not revolve around you just remember , don’t bite the hand that feeds you !
I had a really disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. The service was terrible—the person at the counter was clearly not interested in helping anyone. She was on her personal phone the entire time and had a very unpleasant attitude, as if she didn’t want to be at work at all. I felt completely unwelcome. Definitely not the kind of service you expect when you go out for a treat.
If i could give zero stars I would. Staff is extremely rude. On more than one occasion I've received very bad customer service. I will not be coming back here for quite some time.

¡Increíblemente frustrante! Fui a Dairy Queen con muchas ganas de disfrutar un helado, solo para llegar a las 9:40 PM y encontrar que ya estaban cerrando. ¡¿En serio?! Si su horario dice que cierran a las 10, deberían estar abiertos hasta esa hora. - Falta de respeto al cliente: Hice el esfuerzo de ir y me dejaron con las ganas. - Desplazamiento en vano: No tiene sentido que me haga ir hasta allí para que me digan que ya no atienden. Definitivamente no volveré. ¡Una falta total de profesionalismo.
