We had a great experience at the Dairy Queen in Hutchinson, MN! The young man who took our order was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Our order was accurate, the food came out quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the excellent customer service made the visit even better. We'll definitely be back. Great job to the whole team!
Hutchinson location was packed, little staff, long waits. Watched one staff member who wasn't working go behind the counter & help herself to whatever she wanted instead of helping her team members.
Worst dairy queen i have ever been too!!!! So freaking slow. I had to wait over an half an hour for my order and they still messed it up !!! They kept calling everyone else's number besides mine!!! Terrible service and rude !!!! Lost my business for sure!!!!
