Well this place has gone way down,, went through the drive thru, ordered double bacon cheeseburger meal. My Diet Pepsi was more like water “gross”. Cold fries, and let’s get on with the burger, like warm, with raw bacon and brown lettuce. If you can’t sell decent food , you may as well stick to ice cream. Won’t be going to this location again.
Tables were not cleaned often enough. We almost sat down to a dirty tabletop
Extremely disappointed with my experience. I arrived at 10:50 PM, while the dine-in area was advertised to close at 11:00 PM, but the staff closed the door on my face and refused entry. The staff was unhelpful and showed no consideration for customers. If the store plans to stop serving before the advertised closing time, it should clearly communicate that to customers. Poor customer service and a very frustrating experience.
Im highly allergic to peanuts which i mentioned prior to ordering.... they 100% did NOT clean their equipment prior, I had a severe allergic reaction tonight I will never step foot om a Dairy Queen ever again due to this
