The young lady who took my order was nice and pleasant. The manager was rude to the young lady taking my order. You can see the order on the screens in the back and he kept pestering her about did she charge me for the toppings on the ice cream, which she did. She also relayed to him what I wanted with my order because it's not an option on the screen and he was snippy with her about that. He definitely didn't make me feel like a wanted customer. The food is amazing and high quality and my order is always right. The service is fast and friendly. Best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to!
The drink machine made all the drinks taste flat. This DQ used to be so busy but the new management has really changed the vibe.
If I could give zero stars I would. They had a special going for a free cheeseburger for cheeseburger day. You had to order a min purchase in app to get it. When app would not work, they said they are not in control of the app and just walked away from us. This is after we stood at counter for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging us or coming to take our order. They have "secret" menu items. Ordered a chocolate malt then commented that I wished they had banana shakes and they said "we can do that", blended up a banana and made a malted shake, yum! Unfortunately they didn't have the mocha shake my daughter wanted, even though large lighted sign advertising it was still up.
