This Dairy Queen experience was unacceptable. I waited 20 minutes past the estimated pickup time for two small Blizzards and eventually had to walk out. Customers coming in were being ignored—people were even calling out that they needed to place an order and still weren’t acknowledged. There was no communication, no urgency, and no organization from the staff. I left without my order and need a refund. Customer service at this location is extremely poor.
Employee did not ask drink, just put whatever he wanted with extra ice. Could not figure out how to make an ice cream order correctly. Long wait, over 20 minutes at the register to even be rang in. Cashier spent a lot of time complaining he didn’t want to work and went home soon. Not worth the time or the trip.
I place a cake order on 3/3 to pick up 3/13 and I was told they missed my cake and didn’t have it. I stood there for 20 min in the lobby waiting for a cake. I specifically wanted all vanilla, I was told it was and it was not. $30 for a cake I did not order.
The floors are always a sticky & slippery mess.
