Endigo just served us in the drive thru and what a pleasure it was. She was kind and professional and made our experience that much better. Great service.
I should not have to wait 22 minutes from the time I ordered just to get a Blizzard. A Blizzard is supposed to be a quick treat, but the wait time was unacceptable and really took away from the experience. Staff were polite, but the service speed needs serious improvement.
