Very rude staff i ordered oreo cup perfection and they made it with cold brownie it can be a mistake no problem but then they refuse to make new one , they were like we can only give you refund . Its not about money i was ready to pay but such a behaviour from such a reputed brand is not expected . You can contact me at my email address . Its not about the order its about the behaviour . Recently I visited this place with my family and I'm so impressed with their service. Very quick and friendly. The ice cream quality and portion size was great. Will definitely visit again
My husband and I wanted to go out for a treat after dinner (8:30pm) and we normally love Dairy Queen but this was our first and absolute last time we will go to THIS location. When we arrived at the speaker, we placed our order and instead of telling us a total (to be efficient) , we got “drive up” in a sour tone. We ordered a hot fudge sundae and a small Oreo blizzard. Ordered Choco Brownie Blizzard cake.. unfortunately, it was missing brownie pieces but not 1 kid complained, including the birthday kid!
Worst service we ever had. Waited 1 hour only to find they lost the order. All staff were rude and very disrespectful. Won’t be back.
