Hey, can we please go back to putting the chicken strip baskets in a bag? I was handed my food box separately, along with a fork and napkins separately. Why hand me three separate things when everything can easily be placed together in one bag? Also, please remind whoever was working the checkout window around 12:35 today (Pink unprofessional pants) not to get an attitude with customers simply because they ask for a bag. It was a simple request and didn’t need to be met with an attitude.

Disappointed with the quality of service today. I ordered 4 ice cream treats from the drive-thru, and they were handed to me completely runny, as if they had been sitting out melting before they were even given to me. It was not a hot day outside, and by the time I drove 6 minutes home, everything was completely melted.The staff shouldn't be serving melted products to customers. It seems like either the soft-serve machines aren't working properly or items are being left out too long. I hope management addresses this issue.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. After waiting in an extremely long drive-thru line, I got home and realized they never gave me the Flamethrower Burger that I paid for. I returned the very next day to have the issue corrected, but instead of making it right, the male employee I spoke with told me I should have called when it happened.
