I ordered a 6pc chicken strip basket with fries and gravy, an additional piece of toast, a small ice cream cup and a small blizzard and then a large onion ring. After ordering in the drive thru, I waited nearly 30 minutes to receive my food with 1 driver ahead of me. When I got my food, I didn’t immediately check like I should have but my baby and toddler were already fussy from the long wait so I drove home 20 minutes away. The absolute worst DQ there is,how does this place even exist
The absolute slowest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Could have driven to Fairmont and got dairy cream corner in the time it took them to just take my order.
They must have hired the applicants that the DMV turned away. Terrible service. Dear DQ fan relations team who commented below. Why in the world would I want to give you a second chance? Based on the poor reviews of this store over a large timespan and the fact that nothing has improved in that same period it’s apparent that whoever is in charge has deaf ears for the customers. Easily the worst DQ I have ever been to and its not even close. They're slow and get orders wrong, the lobby is never clean. One day you'll go in an 1 employee is running the entire restaurant, the next they'll have 5 just standing around on thier phones. Avoid this location, its been a problem for years. You'd think it would eventually fix itself but it just doesnt.
