ICE CREAM IS DILUTED WITH MILK. ISLAND HEALTH (EHO's) NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION TO THIS RESTAURANT. Served stale brownie from Tupperware bin stored on top of ice cream machine. When I asked for my money back after trying to eat my inedible mess, the server refused. Reported franchise, no follow up. Restaurant inspectors need to pay attention to this place.
