This review is specifically for Oak Bay location (Foul Bay & Cadboro Bay, Victoria, BC). It is located right next to “the Pet Store” and thought they would have some ideas for a “pup cup”. I asked to see if they offer pup cup while I ordered for the whole family. Instead, the customer service team gave me an empty cup. There might have a language barrier.
