Ordered curbside and called 3 times like the app told me nobody picked up and I think 1 time they declined me so I went inside. They told me there were out of cold fudge but then found some a tiny bit later so no complaints there. Overall not a terrible experience, normally I wouldn't complain but I just had surgery so getting out of my car is an issue.
The drive thru staff is incredibly rude. They treat customers as an inconvenience to whatever personal drama is being discussed. Food was cold. The most umprofessional male taking money and handing out food has zero courtesy. He hands me a soda thet clearly overflowed and was all over the outside of the cup. I asked for a napkin so I could wipe it off since they put none in the food bag. He starts arguing that the soda maker machine overflows onto the cups. Went at ~8:30 pm on 4/26/26. The girl taking our order was fantastic and super nice! Great service!
Whoa. Ignored for five minutes. Then had to wait as food was made on my mobile order. Staff was rude. Nothing like listening to one talk personal smack as they ignore you. Then continue the you are less than me approach by acting like you are taking up their time. Sad. Photos, as one sits left ignored at the counter you notice things that just plain do not make sense or merely straight up unprofessional for to be left out on a Dairy Queen counter!
