Edit: I have had multiple bad experiences at this location within the past 2 weeks. They have charged for additional sauces and then not provided them. Management seems to not be doing anything about orders that are messed up. Extremely disappointed with this location as it used to be a good one to go to. See photo showing that they barley use any sauce even when they claim that the tenders are sauced and tossed and there is hardly on the tenders.
Woman strung out on drugs, drunk etc was sleeping. They wake her up right when my young child and I are waiting for food. We have to go outside to get away from her as she wakes up agitated and pickup food in the drive thru. What a mess Edwardsville has become.
We decided to give this Dairy Queen a try last night. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and asked for extra hot fudge, whip cream and a cherry. What I received was vanilla ice cream in a cup with some hard shell cherry nonsense, a very small drizzle of hot fudge and a little bit of whip cream. I was charged extra for the hard shell cherry (that I did not want nor even knew existed), charged extra for the “extra” hot fudge, AND charged extra for the whipped cream!
