if you go through drive-through, the teeny boppers will mess up your order. they get the money right! charge us for onion rings then give us fries. i quit going. dumb people; fast food is not rocket science!
I recently moved to russellville and decided to try the dq here. I went thru thr drive thru and drove less then two minutes to my home. Not only was the young lady at the window very rude .but they messed up my wifes order. The fries were mushy and the burgers were cold and disguisting. Looked like they were thrown together by a 3 year old. I wont go back again
I only live a few minutes from dairy queen so why were my cheeseburgers cold? I actually had to put them in the microwave to heat them before we could eat them! No excuse for that! They obviously did not just come off the grill! Won't get our business again! Diane Collins
