Food took longer and was almost cold. My kids usually always finish their burger/fries from DQ namao but not when we dined in at Hollick Kenyon DQ. We noticed the food quality is lacking. Also the cashier who took our order was not knowledgeable with the menu. The customer in front of us ordered 1 cone. We ordered 2 cones right after this customer. We got 3 cones. We must have got her cone too.

The girl at the till didn't even smile neither looked up to greet customers nor asked what's the order. A plain stare 🫥
I come to this location often. The service is good and the food quality is consistent. Can't beat all the frozen treats! But what brings me back to this location is that appears to support hiring students and locals.
