Always pathetically slow service no matter what day and time it is.
I go here on a weekly basis because I have a coupon for blizzards. If I didnt, I would never go here. Every week the quality is beyond poor with blizzards missing ingredients or not being mixed properly. Once I told them they forgot an ingredient and they asked me to mix it myself. Today I went there with two people with disabilities and was told that dine-in is no longer open (it was 1030pm with the store hours saying 11pm) and I need to go outside and eat my blizzards. Purchased a chicken strip basket with fries and the fries amount was literally less than 10 fries. Asked the girls working in the front and they said that's the portion. Ridiculous! What did I pay for? DQ is getting taken greedy and I'd rather take my business to other fast food joints.
Stafff is very nice at this location
This location has always been consistent with their food and service for me. Gurpreet, who is usually at the drivethru, is always very pleasant. He is polite and very thorough. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location which is why it continues to be my favourite!
