Its cold inside but the service is always great.
The problem was not the taste it's the service. Ordered a themed cake gave specific directions for the decorations and the cake came ready bad it was litteraly white with no color minus the frosting. I called the manager and I was told the best they can do for me is offer me money off if I buy another one. So their solution is for me to pay more money for their mistake.
While observing a drive-through, it is disheartening to notice that some individuals appear dissatisfied with their work. It also seems that the younger generation may not always prioritize customer service..
