So they open at 6 but there were 2 patrons sitting inside eating and every door was locked. I’m more concerned with the fact that they locked 2 elderly men inside the building which is illegal and against SEVERAL fire codes and osha laws. That could’ve endangered those men if there was a grease fire and I think the staff should be properly educated on safety regulations if they think it’s smart to lock all building doors because there’s only 1-2 people working. Food is good, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME...definitely improved (use to suck)!! Great customer service makes a huge difference & goes a long way! Can definitely see changes and improvement.
