I had hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at this Dairy Queen this evening. I ordered a sauced and tossed basket with honey bbq on it and also ordered a small blizzard amongst other things. I was not given a receipt at the window. when I got to the food they told me I never placed an order for a blizzard and had me order and pay again separately…whatever not the end of the world. Every single time I give them the benefit of the doubt that it will be better this time around I'm ALWAYS disappointed. We make the extra 2.5 mile trip to the one on 10th. We order blizzards atleast once a week for a family of 4 and they come out of the window damn near soup. It's filled to the brim WHICH WE LOVE SND APPRECIATE but when it's liquid, it's quiet the mess. I don't know if they put it in the warmer side of the drive thru or if the machine needs the setting to be colder but it's always the same ice cream soup fro... read more
