I ordered 4 cones. The ice cream was mush. Paid over 20 dollars and it all melted before I got a block away on the kids. Don't serve it if it isn't ready. I wasted over 20 dollars and had a huge mess in my van!!!!
Service was slow. Stood at the counter for a good 4 minutes before being acknowledged. Several staff and a manager walked by and said nothing. Food was fine and ice cream was fine.. seemed like the staff didnt want to be there and wasnt in a hurry to serve the lobby area. Drive through was busy but that doesnt mean neglect your lobby
Love love love the strawberry cheesecake royal blizzard!!! And I got my man to start eating Reese's blizzard with peanut butter core and he's in love with them!!! They aren't stingy with the toppings like other DQ's and they are always so nice and friendly when I come through. Even when they're super busy, they are still very calm and get your orders right.
