Omg worst place ever. I don't understand how they get away with the dirty and non helpful staff. Worst Service experience ever. Second time here after 1st experience was bad but thought ok give it another try we'll that was wrong thinking. Thank you for the 10 min wait for nothing!
I frequent this locations drive thru and have always had an amazing experience. The workers are kind, thorough, and accommodating. I like that they do points as I can gain and use points for rewards in the DQ app. The few times I’ve gone in the store I always had a good experience and was greeted and/or told to ask if I have any questions. I will continue to go here thanks to the amazing staff!
I was not impressed with my service tonight. I came through the drive thru and the girl at the window was very sweet but she was doing the drive thru all by herself. She had glasses and yellow nails. They’re were 2 other girls working but I could see from the window, and they were chit chatting and had their backs to me at the end of the counter far away from the drive thru.
