I used to come to this DQ all the time. I will never go back. I bought a small blizzard and two spoonfuls in, I see a thick, black hair poking out. It was about 1.5-2" long. Absolutely vile. I don't want my money back, there's nothing that can fix this disgusting situation. Fix your cleanliness standards, they are clearly not up to an acceptable level.

Fantastic friendly service! Good food as well. Just in a bit of a dodgy area but that’s out of their control. Inside is what you would see from all other dairy queens!
