Regular DQ food, great service, very old designed building, very depressing and dark; take that as you will.
The service was excellent and I was happily surprised when my chicken burger came with crispy lettuce on it. I usually order it without lettuce because it tends to be soggy and gross but I forgot to this time.
So sick of going through a drive thru dealing with people who can't speak English. Repeated myself 4 times and still didn't get what I ordered. I enjoy dairy queen but it'd be nice not to have to repeat myself and using the drive thru is out of the question completely. To management, don't bother with some pathetic excuse, fix the issue or just ignore this review and demonstrate that you're aware of the issue but won't do anything to rectify it.
Went in to get ice cream, zero people in there., two girls behind the counter. Waited no acknowledgment, so I asked if I could order, they both looked at each other then each one pointed to the other one . So I said who is going to take my order no response, so the service sucks there . I don't recommend this dairy queen. I left without ordering. Maybe they should be told when working in a restaurant customer service is priority, not pretending to be busy then pointing to each other when asked who is going to take my order. ... read more
